KYC (Know Your Customer) or identity verification at 44ddd is a mandatory process required for regulatory compliance and to ensure your account security. You must verify your identity before making your first withdrawal. In some cases, verification may also be requested for large deposits or suspicious activity. To complete the KYC process, you will need three types of documents: Identity Proof (ID Verification): Submit a scan or clear photo of any one of the following documents to confirm your identity: National ID Card (NID) - both front and back, Passport - page with photo, Driving License - both front and back. Make sure all information in the photo is clear and readable, the document is valid and not expired, and your name and date of birth are clearly visible. Address Proof (Address Verification): Submit any one of the following documents issued within the last 3 months to confirm your current residential address: Utility bill (electricity, gas, water), Bank statement, Credit card statement, Government letter or tax document, Telephone or internet bill. Your name and full address must be clearly visible on the document, and the issue date must be shown. Payment Method Proof (Payment Method Verification): To verify your payment method: If using a bank account, provide a bank statement or photo of checkbook showing account number and your name. If using mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), provide an app screenshot showing your name and account number. If using a credit/debit card, provide a photo of the card (only first 6 and last 4 digits visible, cover the middle section and hide CVV). How to complete the KYC process: Log in to your 44ddd account, go to "Account Settings" or "My Account", click on "Verification" or "KYC Verification" section, upload each document following the instructions, and submit after ensuring all information is correct. Our verification team will typically review your documents within 24-48 hours. If everything is in order, your account will be updated to "Verified" status and you can make withdrawals. If there's any issue, we'll notify you by email about what's needed. Important Tips: All documents must be clear and readable, no cut or edited documents are acceptable, information provided in all documents must match your registration information, and submitting false or fake documents will result in permanent account suspension. Your documents are completely secure and used only for verification purposes, never shared with third parties.
